    • The product’s artwork is designed by me in Dublin, Ireland.
      Production and shipping are handled by Printful.

    • My shop is linked to Printful, a print on demand service that ships and fulfills worldwide.

      - Materials vary by product, but all items use high-quality fabrics, inks, and printing methods such as DTG (direct-to-garment), embroidery, or sublimation. You’ll find material details on each product page.

      The artwork itself is created on Procreate and Adobe Illustrator, so I mainly work digitally.

    1. For orders are handled  by Printful and Gelato: they have printing centers in various locations globally, so your items will be prepared in the closest location to you, once you place an order through my website.

    2. Fulfillment can take between 2 to 5 business days, keep in mind busy periods (holidays) when it could take longer if real busy.

    3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location, or I will include it in the product cost (which means you do not need to select shipping at checkout).

    • Ireland & UK: Usually 3–7 business days;

    • EU: CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF IRELAND due to new laws changes due to restrictive packaging and waste regulations.

    • USA/Worldwide: 7–15 business days; - You are responsible for extra custom charges or taxes that may apply from this purchase, as I have no control over that.

  • All sales are final.

    • Orders can only be cancelled before fulfillment begins, which is usually within a few hours.

    • Once production has started, cancellation isn't possible. Shall you receive a parcel in bad conditions, the work is printed wrong or anything not right, email me at jessmolesini@gmail.com with:

    1. - pictures of your order

    2. - your order number

    3. I will contact Printful and you will be sent a new one at no cost.

  • Of course! I love to make them. This will come at an additional fee, as I will need to design something from scratch. You can fill the form on my Illustration service page and I will email you back with a quote.

  • I make original hand drawn illustrations. I am shipping these myself, once I receive the order, I will be able to process it during business days such as: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
    Depending on your location, price for shipping will vary (calculated at checkout) and timing for delivery will also vary based on distance.
