I provide the following services through this website:

  • Mural services (commercial and private commissions)

  • Illustration services (editorial, commercial, and private commissions)

  • Live drawing (paint or sketch on site for events, activations, companies)

  • Online shop selling print-on-demand products fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printful)

All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, illustrations, murals, designs, images, text, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of JESSICA MOLESINI, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content

  • Use artwork for commercial purposes

  • Remove watermarks or credits

without prior written permission.

4. COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM WORK

For illustration or mural commissions:

  • Project scope, pricing, timelines, and usage rights will be agreed in writing before work begins

  • Deposits may be required before work commences

  • Revisions, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the agreed contract or written terms

Site-specific murals may require additional agreements relating to installation, access, safety, and materials.

Commissioned work does not automatically transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. ONLINE SHOP & PRINTFUL FULFILMENT

Products sold through this website are produced and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Products are made to order

  • Delivery times and production are handled by Printful

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen and print differences

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled in accordance with Printful’s policies and applicable EU consumer law.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in EURO € unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time. Payment must be received in full before services or products are delivered.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to damage or disrupt the site

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information

I reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are violated.
